The Role

We are growing and need support for the implementation and further development of ‘digital’ throughout our business – specifying, implementing, maintaining and evolving the systems we use to run the guts of our business.  This new role of digital product manager is being created to support all levels and key stakeholders in the business. The job breaks down into 3 core areas:

1) Managing (and further developing) the digital tasks, projects and platforms in the business

Support the team to make changes faster and find digital solutions to service challenges
Manage any internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
Track project tasks and deliverables, updating project plans as necessary and communicate regularly about project progress
Manage the core digital platforms that we use as a seamless product roadmap

2) Dealing with digital challenges yourself

Manage and create application integrations
Oversee the development and use of core application sets – from email marketing, to CRM, to groupware and messaging (internal and external)
Website development and online services integration with the web
Online learning platform evolution
Managing the VOIP Phone system
Researching, recommending and implementing new systems and processes

3) Support teams with software and hardware issues: 

The maintenance of the technical and digital capability in the office, troubleshooting basic team issues, maintaining services access and supporting internal application issues. These will be achieved through creating a support network of experts and handling day-to-day problems yourself.

WordPress
Coding: HTML/CSS
Application deployment, support and integration
Budget management
Management and development of social media properties
Strong attention to detail
An organised and methodical approach to work and the ability to understand and follow processes
A good communicator (written and oral), able to manage upwards as well as across teams
Ability to work with little guidance
An enthusiastic team player with a positive approach
Able to perform confidently, calmly and accurately even under pressure
Comfortable working on a number of projects concurrently and able to prioritise effectively

Employment Hours

Full time or part-time (daily with reduced hours) considered

Salary

£24,000 – £28,000 (full time) – subject to experience
