Cheryl is the HR Director for the global events giant Clarion. One of the recent success stories from our Industry, Clarion now run over 170 B2B and consumer annual events for over 600,000 exhibitors, sponsors, delegates and visitors. In spite of this growth and their global presence Clarion maintain an entrepreneurial and agile culture. Helping to drive much of this, Cheryl’s passion for talent management and enabling people to be the best that they can be shines through. She has a strong commercial, media background and has used her experience of being an independent trainer and executive coach to attract, develop and retain talent. Cheryl is also a big fan of Event Academy, quoting recently that over 85% of our placed students move onto full time roles within Clarion. That’s some partnership.
