Lorne is a highly experienced designer and facilitator of behaviour-changing live experiences. Over the past 20 years, as the founder of experiential agency INVOLVE Lorne has created some of the UK’s most innovative projects for both private and public sector clients to create and deliver real change. He has worked with the Boards of large corporates including T- Mobile, Santander Business, EDF, RBS Corporate, AXA, Coors, Sainsburys, Argos, GSK (over 12 years), HMRC, The Serious Fraud Office as well as product launches, rebrands for EON, LV=, B&Q He is an experienced facilitator of groups from 3 to 3,000 and has hosted and MC’d at countless events and conferences over the past 20 years. Together with a team of three directors Lorne grew INVOLVE from a business of 3 to 70 employees and from nothing in 1996 to £7.5m turnover in 2010. His passion is using involvement to increase the effectiveness of learning, innovation and outcomes from meetings, workshops, conferences and roadshows. Lorne’s life has been busy to say the least and he’s undertaken most things in the events world, but over the past few years his focus has been helping students gain the understanding and the confidence to not only get meaningful work in the events industry but also to create businesses of their own.
