The course runs from Monday to Friday, 9.30pm-4.30pm. One week will be held in a classroom in London and the second week will take place in a virtual classroom so you can study from anywhere.
The virtual lectures are delivered in real time with other students so you can ask questions and interact.
During your course you will work on a group project to plan an event for a real life client.
Previous clients include Sadlers Well’s Theatre, asmbl agency, Teenage Cancer Trust, Central Hall Westminster, The Passage & Osea Island.
We invite these organisations to brief students on their event project, asking them to design an event in response to the brief. Working as part of a small team with a brief from a real client, you will develop creative, marketing, and event solutions to achieve the objective before pitching your idea back to the client.
You will have the opportunity to volunteer at a variety of events across the industry. Our reputation within the events industry has allowed us access to some of the most exciting events including The Brit Awards, adidas City Run, Secret Cinema, Wilderness and Boardmasters Festivals…
Plus, to help you earn while you learn and develop your experience, we have teamed up with a leading event staffing company that will fast-track our students into jobs that fit around your studies.
Throughout the year, opportunities are posted for students on our online student hub. Each time you volunteer at an event you are able to add experience to your CV, create contacts and put your learning into action.
On completion of your course, you will have access to permanent roles across different
industry sectors. These are carefully curated opportunities that candidates can apply for.
Examples of roles include Operations Coordinator at an East London venue and Account Development Manager at an immersive experience agency.
