Rupert is co-founder and CEO of The Event Academy. Prior to setting up the Event Academy, Rupert spent 15 years as joint owner and Director at Involve, a London based experiential change agency, pioneering involving and experiential events all over the world for the likes of AXA, GE, Airbus, GSK, Sainsbury’s, HP, Gillette, Mars, Aon, Coors etc. A late starter to life behind a desk, he spent time in the Army, 6 years leading expeditions at Raleigh International and was the first person to kayak the Zambezi river. He has lived in 11 countries (to date) and lectures on corporate events/conferences as well as advising students on how to establish their own event management training businesses.
