Big Green Coach is returning to Creamfields as the official and exclusive travel partner for the 15th year in a row. They offer sustainable and hassle-free travel direct to the gates, and offer two volunteering roles: Transport Steward and Coach Rep.
Transport Stewards will be volunteering on-site alongside the Big Green Coach management team. Your responsibilities will be to meet and greet customers, answer questions, make sure they know where to go for the return journey, and help load and unload luggage.
Coach Reps will meet the coach at one of the popular departure points, greet customers, check tickets and help with luggage. When the coach is ready to depart you will board and travel to the event. Once you have arrived you will be helping to unload the rest of the coaches. Then you are free to go and enjoy the event and come back to help again on departure today.
